I founded The Paw Society to offer something that felt missing in pet care — dependable, in-home support built on genuine trust, consistency, and respect for both pets and the homes they live in.

As a pet parent myself, I understand how difficult it can be to step away. My cat Leo is my heart, and every time I traveled or worked long days, all I wanted was to know he was safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. Living in a downtown high-rise, I found that level of trust surprisingly hard to find — especially with someone entering my home.

That experience shaped everything about The Paw Society.

We provide personalized, in-home pet care designed for modern pet parents who value reliability, communication, and calm professionalism. Every visit follows your pet’s established routine, respects your space, and is handled by caregivers who are fully insured, and carefully hand selected for their experience and genuine love for animals.

This isn’t a side project — it’s a service built with intention. From thoughtful updates to consistent scheduling, our goal is simple: to make stepping away feel easier, calmer, and worry-free. Exceptional care isn’t about doing more —it’s about doing things right, every time.

Natalie Sinclair isn’t just a pet sitter — she’s the person you trust with what matters most.

A lifelong animal lover with over a decade of hands-on experience, Natalie has cared for every kind of personality — from shy rescue cats who need patience and gentle presence, to energetic puppies who turn every moment into an adventure. She believes exceptional pet care is about far more than showing up — it’s about connection, intuition, and treating every animal like family.

With an MBA, a background in corporate leadership, and her license as a San Diego Realtor, Natalie brings a rare blend of professionalism, discretion, and heart to every visit. She understands that inviting someone into your home — and into your pet’s world — is deeply personal, and she treats that responsibility with the highest level of respect and care.

Pet Care Specialist

Julia brings heart, experience, and calm confidence to every visit.

Her love for dogs began early, spending weekends walking neighborhood golden retrievers and volunteering at a local shelter. Over the years, that passion grew into hands-on experience with everything from high-energy working breeds to senior dogs who need a little extra patience and care.

As the proud owner of an Australian Shepherd, Julia is especially comfortable with energetic, intelligent dogs who thrive on structure, movement, and mental stimulation. She’s known for her steady, reassuring presence — the kind that helps even nervous pups relax and feel safe.

Whether it’s long walks, structured playtime, enrichment activities, or simply quality companionship, Julia makes sure every dog feels seen, cared for, and completely at ease.

When she’s not with clients, you’ll likely find her hiking local trails with her dog, volunteering at adoption events, or connecting with fellow pet lovers over training tips and enrichment ideas.

Mason G.

Pet Care Specialist

Mason is the kind of person you feel instantly confident leaving your pets with.

Raised alongside his family’s two giant Standard Poodles, Mason developed a deep respect for animals from an early age — learning firsthand the importance of patience, consistency, and earned trust. Those same values later shaped his five years of service in the U.S. Navy, where he rose through the ranks and became known for his discipline, composure, and leadership under pressure.

Life at sea forged Mason into a calm, steady presence — someone who remains grounded in any situation. Today, that same reliability makes him an exceptional caregiver for pets of all ages and temperaments. From spirited puppies who need structure and engagement, to senior dogs who require gentle, attentive care, Mason brings both strength and compassion to every visit.

When he’s not caring for pets, Mason feels most at home near the water — sailing, boating, or simply taking in the ocean air. His rare combination of discipline, warmth, and genuine love for animals makes him someone pets naturally trust and pet parents feel completely at ease relying on.

Ann brings a rare blend of executive leadership, precision, and genuine heart to The Paw Society.

After earning her MBA and building a distinguished career as a Vice President in pharmaceutical sales, Ann chose to step away from the corporate world to pursue what mattered most to her — meaningful work, community connection, and caring for animals.

Her passion for pet care began through years of volunteer work with animal rescue organizations and has only deepened over time. Known for her exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail, Ann provides thoughtful, reliable care for pets while also ensuring every client experience is seamless, personal, and handled with the highest level of professionalism.

Whether she’s coordinating care, supporting pet parents, or spending one-on-one time with animals, Ann approaches every role with warmth, integrity, and calm confidence.

Outside of The Paw Society, Ann enjoys exploring the outdoors, staying active, and finding new ways to bring people together. Her balance of leadership, compassion, and trustworthiness makes her an invaluable part of our team.

We proudly serve downtown San Diego and surrounding neighborhoods. If you’re unsure whether you’re within our service area, feel free to reach out.

Yes! While most of our clients have cats and dogs, we’re happy to care for small pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, and certain birds. Just let us know your pet’s needs when booking.

Absolutely. We offer an optional meet-and-greet so you and your pets can get to know your sitter before services begin. 

All sitters are background-checked, bonded, and insured. We follow your instructions carefully, keep keys secure, and treat your home with the highest level of respect. 

If your pet requires emergency attention, we’ll contact you immediately. If we can’t reach you, we’ll take your pet to your preferred veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic right away.
