I started The Paw Society because I wanted to bring more heart into pet care — to create something deeply personal, intentional, and rooted in real trust.
As a pet parent myself, I know how hard it is to leave your animals. My cat Leo is my heart, my best friend, and every time I had to be away, all I wanted was to know he was safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. But living in a downtown high-rise, I found it nearly impossible to find someone I truly trusted — someone who understood what it meant to enter your home, respect your space, and treat your pet like family.
This isn’t just a side project or a business to me — it’s something I’ve poured my whole heart and soul into. I built The Paw Society to raise the standard of pet care in San Diego, especially for modern pet parents in high-rise living who expect more than the bare minimum.

With an MBA, a background in corporate leadership, and her license as a San Diego Realtor, Natalie brings a rare mix of professionalism, trustworthiness, and heart to every visit. Julia’s love for dogs started when she was a kid, spending weekends helping her neighbors walk their golden retrievers and volunteering at a local shelter. Over the years, that love turned into real hands-on experience — from fostering rescue pups to caring for senior dogs with special needs.
She’s especially comfortable with energetic, high-drive breeds (her own Australian Shepherd keeps her on her toes every day!) and she’s known for her patient, calm energy that helps even the most nervous pups feel at ease. Whether it’s long walks, structured playtime, or just extra cuddles, Julia makes sure every dog gets the attention they need to feel happy and safe.
When she’s not with clients, you’ll probably find her on a hiking trail with her dog, volunteering at adoption events, or swapping training tips with fellow pet lovers.

Mason grew up surrounded by dogs, including his family’s two giant Standard Poodles who sparked his lifelong love for animals. That early bond taught him the importance of patience, responsibility, and trust — values he carried with him into the U.S. Navy, where he proudly served for five years and rose to a respected rank.
During his time at sea, Mason developed a calm, steady presence and a deep appreciation for discipline and reliability — qualities that now make him an exceptional caretaker for pets. Whether it’s managing the boundless energy of a playful puppy or providing gentle care for senior dogs, Mason brings both strength and compassion to every interaction.
Outside of pet care, Mason is happiest near the water — sailing, boating, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze. His balance of discipline, warmth, and genuine love for animals makes him someone pets instantly trust and people feel lucky to have in their corner.

After earning her MBA and building a successful career as a Vice President in pharmaceutical sales, Ann chose to step away from the corporate world to pursue what she truly loves — working with animals and connecting with people in her community.
Her passion for pet care started years ago through volunteer work with animal rescues and has only grown stronger. With a natural talent for organization and communication, Ann not only provides loving, reliable care for pets, but also helps The Paw Society build strong relationships with clients and the San Diego community.
When she’s not caring for pets, Ann enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and finding new ways to bring people together. Her balance of professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for animals makes her a trusted presence in both our team and our clients’ lives.
