Perfect for busy days or low-maintenance pets. A speedy yet caring visit to refresh food and water, scoop litter, let dogs out for a quick potty break, and check in on your pet’s well-being.

The go-to choice for daily care. Ideal for puppies, multiple pets, or animals who need more attention. Includes feeding, fresh water, litter or yard cleanup, playtime, and cuddles

For pets who crave the VIP treatment. An extended, luxury-level visit designed for high-energy pets, animals with special needs, or those who deserve extra time and attention. Includes everything in a Standard Visit plus long walks, enrichment activities, one-on-one bonding, and full pampering.

Book Your Service
After choosing your visit type, you’ll be directed to our booking calendar to:
- Select your preferred dates
- Choose a time
Morning
7AM – 10AM
Midday
10AM – 2PM
Afternoon
2PM – 5PM
Evening
5PM – 9PM
Late Night
9PM – 1AM
Sitters aim to arrive as close as possible to your selected time, though slight variation may occur within your chosen time window.
Payment is due at booking, but we understand life happens — full refunds are always available if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Step 3
Free Meet + Greet (New Clients!)
Before your first visit, we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to:
- Meet your sitter
- Review care instructions
- Set up key access
You’ll select your consultation time when booking your first service. Consultations can be virtual (phone/video) or in-person based on your preference.
Step 4
Secure Key Access
Choose one of the following for safe and easy key handling:
Provide Your Own Lockbox
Recommended!
- Clients must provide their own lockbox for secure key storage.
- This allows flexible access without extra key handoffs or fees.
- No extra fees when using a lockbox!
Key Handoff at Consultation
No Fees!
- If you do not want to use a lockbox, you must hand off your key at the free consultation.
- Your key will be securely stored on file for future bookings or returned at the final visit.
- No extra fees if your key is handed off at the consultation and returned after the last visit.
Avoid fees by using a lockbox or handling key pickup/return at the consultation.
Key Pickup or Return
Outside of Consultation
- If you need us to pick up your key before a booking (outside of the consultation) the fee is $10 per trip
- If you need your key returned after service ends (outside of the final visit) the fee is $10 per trip
These fees only apply if a separate trip is required for key pickup/drop-off.
*We can also securely store a spare key in our locked key safe for future visits.
We’re happy to accomodate unique access preferences. Just reach out if you have a special request!

Your Pet’s Visit!
On your scheduled day, your sitter will arrive and provide:
- Feeding & fresh water
- Walks, potty breaks, and playtime
- Litter box or waste cleanup
- Medication (if needed)
- Personalized text & photo updates

01 What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve downtown San Diego and surrounding neighborhoods, with a focus on luxury high-rise and urban residences.
02 Do you handle animals other than dogs and cats?
Yes! While most of our clients have cats and dogs, we’re happy to care for small pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, and certain birds. Just let us know your pet’s needs when booking.
03 Can I meet my sitter before booking?
Absolutely. We offer an optional meet-and-greet so you and your pets can get to know your sitter before services begin.
04 How do you ensure the safety and security of my home?
All sitters are background-checked, bonded, and insured. We follow your instructions carefully, keep keys secure, and treat your home with the highest level of respect.
05 What happens if my pet needs emergency care while I'm away?
If your pet requires emergency attention, we’ll contact you immediately. If we can’t reach you, we’ll take your pet to your preferred veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic right away.
