The Vision Behind The Paw Society
I founded The Paw Society because I wanted a standard of pet care that felt more seamless and intentional.
Living in downtown San Diego, I realized that what I was looking for in pet care wasn’t just someone to ‘watch’ my pet — it was someone who could step into my space and maintain the same level of care, structure, and attention I would.
As a pet parent to Leo, I know that peace of mind lives in the details — in the way routines are followed, spaces are respected, and the same trusted person walks through the door each time. I built The Paw Society to be the standard I couldn’t find — one that feels consistent, intuitive, and deeply reliable.
We are intentional about the way we work, never rushing through visits or treating care as something to be scaled at the expense of quality. For us, this isn't just a service. It’s a level of care you never have to question.

The Team

Natalie Sinclair
Founder + Client Experience
Natalie Sinclair founded The Paw Society with a clear vision: to redefine what in-home pet care should feel like. With a background that spans business, real estate, and client-facing service, Natalie brings a rare level of precision and awareness to every aspect of the experience. She holds an MBA and is a licensed real estate professional—experience that shaped her understanding of trust, discretion, and the standards expected within high-end residential environments. But beyond credentials, her approach is deeply personal. As a devoted pet owner to her cat Leo, Natalie understands that exceptional care isn’t about simply showing up, it’s about consistency, attention to detail, and respecting the home as much as the pet within it. That philosophy became the foundation of The Paw Society. Every element of the experience is thoughtfully considered, creating a level of care that feels seamless, elevated, and quietly dependable. Natalie isn’t building a pet care company. She’s setting a new standard for what it means to trust someone with your home and what matters most inside it.

Julia H.
Pet Care Specialist
Julia brings a rare depth of understanding to animal care, one rooted not just in experience, but in genuine connection. She has a naturally warm and calming presence that animals respond to right away. Kind, patient, and deeply attentive, Julia notices the small shifts in behavior that others might miss, allowing her to respond with care that feels intuitive and reassuring. She’s especially attuned to pets that are sensitive, routine-driven, or in need of a more thoughtful approach. Her love for animals is evident in the way she moves through each visit — unhurried, observant, and fully present. She creates an environment where pets feel safe, understood, and genuinely at ease in their own space. With Julia, care is never surface-level. It’s steady, compassionate, and grounded in a true respect for the animals she looks after.

Mason G
Pet Care Specialist
A longtime friend of Natalie, he’s someone she has known and relied on for years, not just for his reliability, but for his character. He brings a calm, composed presence into every home, creating an environment where pets feel safe, settled, and at ease. Raised around animals, Mason developed an early respect for the patience and consistency they require, values that later shaped his time serving in the U.S. Navy, where he became known for his discipline, composure, and ability to stay steady under pressure. That same presence carries into his work with animals. He is attentive without being overwhelming, gentle without hesitation, and consistently tuned in to the needs of the pets in front of him. Whether caring for energetic dogs or more sensitive, routine-driven pets, Mason brings both strength and quiet patience to every visit. With Mason, care feels calm, reliable, and genuinely reassuring — the kind you don’t have to think twice about.

Ann B
Pet Care Specialist
Ann brings a rare blend of executive leadership, precision, and genuine care to The Paw Society. After earning her MBA and building a successful career as a Vice President in pharmaceutical sales, Ann chose to step away from the corporate world to focus on work that felt more meaningful, personal, and aligned with how she naturally shows up — attentive, thoughtful, and deeply reliable. Her approach to pet care is rooted in the same standards that defined her professional life: consistency, attention to detail, and an intuitive understanding of what people and their pets need to feel at ease. She has a calm, grounded presence that makes both pets and their owners feel immediately comfortable, knowing everything is being handled with care and intention. Ann has years of experience around animals and a natural ability to read their behavior, allowing her to adapt to each pet’s unique personality, whether that means providing structured care, gentle patience, or simply quiet companionship. Within The Paw Society, Ann plays a key role in ensuring that every client experience feels seamless, organized, and thoughtfully managed from start to finish. Outside of her work, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and finding simple, meaningful ways to connect with both people and animals.
