Every pet is different and their care should be too. If you don’t see exactly what you need, we’re happy to create a plan tailored to your pet’s routine and your schedule.
Key + Access Policy
For your convenience, clients may:
Provide a lockbox for home access
Leave a key with building concierge or front desk (if applicable)
Have us securely store a copy of your key on file
Request key pickup and return by our team
*A $20 key handling fee applies when a key pickup or return is needed outside of a scheduled visit or meet + greet.
